Black wolf - or black Canadian wolf lives in North America. It is found in the territory from Alaska to the main part of the United States.
In fact, the Canadian black wolf is a subspecies of the common wolf. Just individuals of this subspecies often have a black color, although they may be ordinary gray wolves or less often white.
Wolves - schooling animals and black wolves are no exception. Life and hunting in a pack helps wolves to survive, since wolves are not able to run fast, and in a pack they can take advantage of collective hunting.
